Picked up an 06 NBP EX-p 4wd 5spd last night. Had my eye on one for a while, rides nice and like the extra space the Si doesn't have.

Hey Mi4Si,

Congrats on the new E. I picked up my '06 EX-P NBP just a couple months ago. I love the all black. Keeping it clean is a chore, but when it's clean it looks awesome. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am.

E's looks awesome in black. If I washed my vehicles like I should, I would have probably purchased a black one. But I was afraid mine would end up always looking dirty.

Enjoy your new ride!

on a sad note to update this thread. the E has been parked outside of the apartment out of the way next to my Si. I went to get drive it last Friday night and notice the driver's side window is pushed forward. I get out and look on the body and find....

Mi4Si, I feel your pain Bro! I tell you, it's hard enough keeping your stuff looking on point and then some "A"-hole comes along and because you take pride in your posession or because you were in a position to afford a nice car, they want to do something like that to you. I'm sorry it happened to you and I've been there on some other vehicles that I've owned. Hope that you can get it taken care of with little or no trouble. I reflect on my wifes new '06 Civic EX with SatNav. She drove it to work the first week she had it and with less than 400 miles on it, someone backed into her front bumper and just kissed the front right side. Enough to make the bumper cover come out of the locking tabs on the inside. I managed to get the paint smear off of it and the dealership took care of the rest at no charge. You can't tell that anything happened to it but still, it's the principle of the thing. Most instances I drive my police car where ever I go and take the Element when I know I'm going to be in it for the most part. No way to live but I do take extra precautions when I park it out in public and usually I have one eye on it and one hand on my Glock or my Berretta, just in case there is a discrepency I'm going to settle it.

If you don't mind me asking... what dealership did you get yours from?

I had to go all the way down to Fredericksburg to get someone who know what they were talking about.. and a decent deal...

Koons in Manassas. Thought about going to Fredricksburg(since we go there for Super Walmart) but got a pretty good deal with Koons.

I usually get my service work done at Hendrick but the girl who was supposed to be our sales person actually had the nerve to say to us that she had never drivin one before bringing up to the front for us to test drive... plus we got an EX-P for what Henderick wanted to sell us a regular EX for...

do you have your EOC sticker yet?...

I havn't seen any in our area, but I do know of one other person on here in the Dale City area...

Hey Tiki,
Welcome and sweet looking EX-P! Keep that ride looking sharp.

Hey Mi4Si,
Yeah, same here, very sorry, man. I'd be fuming... That's the trouble w/common parking. Hope you get things sorted out & that damage repaired soon!

Very nice black EX-P. That was a color I was considering but my dealer only had a black EX.
