I want to wash Lucy and photograph her to share with all my EOC friends.

On the way home Sunday: it rained Hellcats and Devildogs! Knee high puddles, sheets of water, wind, rain, mud.

Yesterday: it rained. Not a lot. Just enough.

Today, after I had gone to get goodies from Pep Boys (Vinylex, Meguiar's Quik Detailer, RainX, a couple of soft cloths) - guess what?

It's raining.

Sigh. Am I going to have to move to Arizona to have a dry day to bathe Lucy?

Signed,

Dirty!Kim :(

Again, eMass cracks me up like crazy!! :!:  :!:

Grammar Wonk: If only my wife were this dirty. Condition contrary to fact requires 'were'.

Kim-

I am with you on the move to AZ, I am so freakin' sick of rain!!!! UGH!!!....no one told me that St. Louis had a monsoon season! ARG!!

I found that it helps to sing "The Sun will come out tomorrow......"

At least it passes time!

You guys are so funny! Hellcat always cracks me up. I was going to wash my car before we head out on our first road trip in Ellemae. WELL, it has rained so darn much and the weather forecast says we will get more so I am just leaving in a dirty car. We are hauling "stuff" back to our grown children! Getting rid of stuff. It's their turn to store it. We are hanging the back seats up and hauling 2 stereos, sewing machine, computer, software, printer, books, etc. to Nashville TN and then up to Fredericksburg VA. Poor little Ellemae will be popped by then, I bet. She only has 1700 miles now. The gas mileage is improving. After reading all this stuff on the types of gas, octane, etc. I am sticking with regular gas.

Now I just hope that I get some dry weather when I get back from my trip because Ellemae will have LOTS of road grime on her.

You are all welcome to come to Arizona. It hasn't rained a drop in over 2 months. And yesterday was a sunny 107. I haven't washed my E yet because I can't find shade! 8)

I've only been able to hand wash mine once. I took some pics, but they aren't the greatest. I don't know how to post them anyway.
