I switched to a set of Yokohama AVID TRZ in 225/60/17, mounted on my Acura TL wheels. You may have read about my last set of 235/65/17 tires, and the minor rubbing issues I had, in addition to noise and wear problems. Wanting to downsize a little, I'm pleased with the feel and appearance of the 225/60. The Yoko's are an easy half inch wider than stock and about the same OD, maybe a tiny bit larger. They're larger than MY stock tires, because mine are worn out :)

The Yokos are very quiet, and the ride is smooth as silk, very noticably improved. Handling is great so far, they feel more responsive to input compared to either the mastercrafts or the OEM tires. My OTD price was a little over 500 at the local shop.

Anyway, I promised pics, so here's my E all posed up wearing her new shoes. I also made a nifty little comparison animation, cuz I'm all dorky and sheeit.

That looks really nice Seb :)

The animation is a great idea . . .

I'm on Yoko ADVAN ST's on a 17 inch wheel right now but will probably switch to the TRZ's when the ADVANs wear out . . .
