Just wondering if there were any Arizona Cardinal fans out there. Going to be using my E for a lot of tailgating this year at the new stadium and wondering if anyone else out there was going to be there too. :confused:

Lots of optimism this year. Let's hope that they live up to the hype!!! :D

Iv'e been waiting 20 years for them to live up the hype, at least it appears they are spending some $$$. Funny how that happens, new stadium then the EDGE and a maybe franshise QB. But just might have to go check out the new stadium been driving past it for a while now

If you are a Cubs fan then you can certainly understand being a Cardinals football fan. Lots of preseason hype and then the regular season letdown.
In my years I have learned there are 2 Cardinal seasons you talk about... Preseason and Next Seson!!! :D

I used to be a Chicago Cardinal football fan, before the cowardly owner moved them to St. Louis and ultimately Arizona. The Chicago Cards played in old Comiskey Park (across the street from the new White Sox park), while the Bears played in Wrigley Field. I am now a Bear's fan and more a Sox fan than Cub fan. But since your a Cardinal fan maybe you can name the Million Dollar backfield of the 1940s Cardinals.

I don't think I could, thats about 30 years before my time, no offense. I really only started following them when they moved to my neck of the woods.
I do understand however that they had a rather difficult time in both Chicago and St Louis. They have out here as well, but now that they have the new stadium they are locked here for the next 30 years or so.

Yup, and "we" let him get away. Wait till next decade. Or two. But maybe the Tigers are showing them how to turn it around. Meanwhile, Saturdays with U of M are still pretty exciting. But I miss the Bo Shembeckler days.
