I tried to remove the internal fuse box cover the other day... and it didn't seem to want to come off! I released the two latches, pulled, and it would not detach from along the center console. Am I missing something? I saw the dealer demonstarte on a different car, and it just popped right off.

I had similar problem when I took mine off to install keyless. It took me about 10 minutes to get it to release on the console side. I'm hoping I don't have the same trouble next time, but it was sure a pain.

mikeyj - there is no trick to it. I think they made the right bottom most clip alittle too tight. Just make sure you pull it straight out perpendicular to the surface of the panel.

I would assume after removing it many times, the clip clearance would increase and the problem would go away.
