Just finished changing my front and rear brakes , as I was changing the fronts and while compressing the caliper with a "c" vise , I noticed that the right front "o" ring had a bubble after compressing . I tried squeezing the rubber "o" ring around and even tried to bleed it to get it to compress , finally after pumping the brakes and resetting it , it finally went back to its original form . Left side , no problem , as the rears . Just wondering if anyone else has occured this problem ? By the way installed monroe ceramic pads F/R ; cost $90 after $25 rebate each F/R $40 not bad , if it wasn't for the bubble would've been done in an hour !

Looks like an "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" situation.....

I think you are reffering to the dust boot on the calipers piston. If it is not folding back properly you can sometimes take a little bit of grease and apply it to the dust boot. That will lubricate it and help it slide back where it needs to be. That tip also works great on the rear calipers since usually you have to spin the piston back in with a special tool. Well the spinning action will usually mess up the boots position making it not want to retract.

Make sure the dealer is formally aware of it...Service Order, etc.
