One of the service bulletins describes a fix for loose covers for the rear seat. My covers are way loose - this was a poor design.

Since these are warranty repairs (I assume), can I take it to any dealer or do I have to take it to the dealer that sold the car?

Yes, you can go to any dealer you choose. I got my E in the suburbs but i do my warranty work in the city.
