Well, being Summer and all.....How about a thread on everyone's favorite topic: Vacations!

We are planning on taking the Element to Carlsbad Caverns, and then to Big Bend National Park. We will be camping out at Big Bend, so it's our first opportunity to "load her up" with all that camp gear.

Where are you planning to take your Element for Vacation, or where have your recently been?

Headed up to Cape Cod this summer. First to Hyannis, a trip over to Nantucket (the E has to stay behind for that), and then a week in Provincetown. I can't wait!! Not to mention a few days at home to catch up on all those need to do things.

Well, it won't be this summer (due to work and hubby's summer classes), but we are finally going to take our honeymoon this coming December (we were married December 2002).....we are thinking for this we will either take our E to Florida, Arizona, or out to Cali. We are not quite sure yet!

But we already have a trip planned for next summer (after Hubby finishes his MBA) we are heading back east, so he can see for the first time where I grew up....we will be going to Stone Harbor, NJ, Philly, Baltimore, DC, and Virginia. I can hardly wait....it has been 4 years since I have been back east, and we are planning a 2 week trip!

Well if my E arrives in time it will be off to Provincetown for a week of camping (the tent variety not the stage variety :) , then to visit family in New Brunswick, maybe a quick spin over to Prince Edward Island.

We're thinking maybe up to Maine, then over to Canada by ferry, but we're still planning. That's the nice thing about a road trip- you don't have to decide everything ahead of time!

I took my Element on it's first camping trip last week to the local mountains and had a blast! Next up....this is the big one...... I am driving my E from Southern California all the way to British Colombia, Canada in August. Almost 3 weeks on the road in my E!!! Woooohooooooooo!!! :D
