No Fiat has ever approached the quality and reliability of a Honda!
FIAT stands for Fix It Again, Tony!
I think some of their styling is really good. I always wanted a Topolino.

Maybe it is a spin off, but I go to Italy about 1-2 a year and they have no clue what a Honda Element is. My cousin was here in August and had never seen an Element.

He did like it and so perhaps (most likely) Engineers in Italy are spinning off our box of a truck.

I owned a 1971 fiat 124 sport spyder. It was a beautiful car with all the splendor that pina farina could muster. It was a joy to drive, and handled great. I ate MGB's for breakfast every morning on the way to work.
The reliability of the car however left alot to be desired as I had to work a parttime job in a garage to support my car and to give me the ability to buy part wholesale. F. I. A. T. really means : FIX IT AGAIN TONY.

It's actually a van conversion. The basic vehicle started out as a van (a very basic one at that) and was latterly converted after other manufacturers did it (Peugeot, Citroen) and had some success.
