Last Friday I had a gig over at the Opryland hotel (which is ginormous... almost like a theme park). So I left my "real" job a bit before five and high-tailed it across town.

It turned out that traffic wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, and I arrived a good 45 minutes early. I was shaking off a bad cold ( still am) and didn't get much sleep the night before.

So there I am. Tired. Time to kill. In the parking lot. With my E. Which happens to have a blanket and an REI camping pillow in the back. My cell phone has an alarm clock feature on it. Hmmmm...

Nap time! :D

Yeah, I used to nap in mine between jobs when I was working two jobs. I miss those naps, I don't miss the second job. I also like just sitting in the back seat with the front seat reclined back, lounging I suppose you could call it. I still do it if I have more than 10 minutes wait for someone/something. You don't even need to "mate" the front seat up with the back all that well to get an effective lounge going. It's just a perfect little moment of zen.
