Hello all. I am new to this group, but I had not seen any pictures of a Atomic Blue 2007 Element. So here are the pics of my new ride I picked up yesterday for everyone to look at. You have just put another mark on my board for ABM. I'm seriously thinking I might just go with this as my color choice. After all, blue is my favorite color.

I actually just moved to Nebraska a mere 2 weeks ago. I am from Houston, so I am just loving this warm weather you guys have here! ha. But to be honest, I do like Omaha. It's a nice laid back city, and after Houston, I am very ok with that. Thanks for the warm welcome.

I live about 100 miles NE of Houston. I was just in Houston and Webster, TX this past Sunday and let me tell you ... I would NOT want to live there. Those places are way too busy. I really appreciated getting back to my small town and it's population of 7,000 after spending several hours in cities like those.

I'm glad you like Omaha. I just hope you don't get too hot up there...

It was almost exactly one year ago that I bought the same vehicle as an 06 (with black corner panels).

Nice pictures. I like the grey accents on the Atomic Blue EX now. Last year, I wasn't too fond of the blue accents in the interior. But if I had to buy an '07, Atomic Blue would be on my short list. Congrats!

Wow, I think it would look so nice in white! Thanks for the welcome; I hope to have some good pics by tomorrow to post. I am way excited although, a bit worried about the post under problems about the seat belts and short people. I guess I may need to invest in some seat belt pads!

Have you tried out the new seat belts yet? I wouldn't get too worried until you see how they work for YOU.
You may not even have a problem. Or if you do find a problem, I'm sure you can find a work around for it.


Believe me, I wish the E came in Polar White with black panels -- that's one E with unpainted panels I'd take in a heartbeat!

Another dream would be a Polar White EX(formerly EX-P) with painted panels. That would also do just fine.
But, the white/black combo would be so sweet!

So it turns out that the seat belts really didn't bother me. I guess I'm just so short that when I raise the seat up enough, it doesn't cut into my neck. Pictures are forthcoming; didn't get home until after dark.

Great to see another new ABM owner! Choosing the color was the most difficult part in the decision making process, but I'm really pleased with the blue. I have had several nice unsolicited comments about the car and many people asking how I like it and can they have a look at the interior. Kids that have ridden it (including my own) absolutely love it! Have fun enjoying your new ride. I know I have!!

Ahhh, another ABM. I love the color. When I was choosing my color, I took my 12 year old with me. He's got a great eye and I had trouble deciding so he helped me. Congrats and good luck.

I really wanted a blue Element, but was shopping discounted '06's, and couldn't find one with a stick shift in the Omaha Metro. I got my Alabaster Silver EX-P at Bellevue Honda.

I didn't see the "Omaha" location at first... I saw the background and thought "Damn, someone else is stuck in a place as blandly tree-deprived as Nebraska. Then I saw "Superior Honda." No, couldn't be. Then I saw "of Omaha" on the tagframe. Only then did I look at the location!

Here are the pics of my new ABM Element, as well, although I may take more today as the overcast condition may lend better to picture-taking.
