Just foolin with you guys. Really wish you'de try to hook up with us on one of these trips. But if ya can't, ya can't. I understand. Are there any neet places to camp down there? Maybe we'll take the show to you! :D

if it rains or you are in the mountains it can be pretty if not there is the beach and a lot of scrub brush elsewhere here.
Julian is nice for camping actual trees and weather.. hehe plus some damn good apple pies.

as for deathvalley... lol miss E... yes i need money for gas... wife has me starting to remodel the kitchen right now... so me need $$ lol

Speaking of camping spots... I went to Lake Henshaw (near Julian and Santa Ysabel) last month and it is beautiful there. The camping sites are designated, yet unassigned. Went there ofcourse before I bought my E 3 days ago, so we were off roading through the campsite in my husbands 4dr M3 (crazy fun). Will be much easier now with the larger storage unit and clearance that the E so graciously offers us.

And, I would like to say hello from Mission Bay in San Diego. :D

I'm late finding this thread, but I'm from SD as well :D I figured there were some people from SD on this forum, as I see a ton of Elements everyday around here. I'm in North County.

What up E_addict? Yeah there's a few SD peeps on here. I live in Ocean Beach. You should roll out to the National Element Meet in Vega this June with us! I think some of the SD and LA people are gonna convoy together.

Too close to the wedding day for me. I will be way to broke after that to do much of anything but hang....

Just bought our Atomic Blue Metallic EX-today-I was originally going for the SC- but as the main reason I wanted the E was to haul our 2 bicycles inside-I didn't think the carpeting was a good idea.
Kinda do wish I had the center consloe, though....can it be installed as an option on a EX?
