As mentioned in one of my other posts I had my first fender bender (scratcher on my part) and I did $2K of damage to that poor little Civic to the scratched bumper guard on my E.

The question -

Has anyone happened to remove this and if so how? I figure that part will be a couple of hundred dollars and I could do it myself.

Any word would be nice.
