So i've just installed the steel wheels with new winter tires. I have the hankook icebear w300 installed on 16" oem honda steelies (apparently +55 offset) from tiretrends.com.

Anyways, they drive pretty find on dry pavement... not enough mileage to see how they really run and since there isn't much snow yet, no idea how they'll run on the white stuff, for now.

Anyways, I could've left them without wheel covers, but I found a great deal on some so I bought it.

Please enjoy...

Hahah... no... they're just some cheap wheel covers i picked up at Walmart. Just wanted to protect the steel wheels so they don't rust too badly on me.

It does look much nicer without the wheel covers... Oh well.

I will go take a picture of the chrome simulator hubcaps in my garage for my 16" Honda Steel rims. Never used them though. I then got some spinners and put one on using some metal circle washers made from work and J B Weld. They sell these on the BAY still.

Just thought that they looked kinda strange with a chrome center instead of a black one like they realy are. Thought of skuffing up and painting the center black....key word is thought. This is only one failed project out of many finished so, I don't feel that bad about it. I guess they kinda say Cheeeesy written all over them?

Hey! That's neat looking. Do those honda center caps fit most steel wheels? According to tiretrends where I bought these wheels from, they say they are Honda OEM steel wheels.

If you do know, please let me know or i'll run a search sometime this week on the forums.

Thanks a bunch.

These center caps fit the 16" rims that come on the Honda Element with Steel wheels. You also need special lugnuts if you want the black center caps on. Click on link below for pics and details. :)
