Has anyone thought about doing 3 10's or 8's or maybe even 4-6 of the 7Kv2's on the upper hatch door? I would keep them out of the way for storage 90% of the time, etc.

Im thinking about going after just such a glass project once I get the doorpods rolling (got the materials out, might as well go for the gold).

The only problem I could see is the added weight on the door being a pain for myself (moreso the wife) to lift and needing maybe some new shocks to hold it open..

Thoughts...?

It's been talked about. It was done by a guy who had a couple of vehicles he rented out for DJ/dance/public events. Here's the link. (http://www.elementownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26654&highlight=pioneer) He talks about the gate being heavy in the thread.

As for somebody else doing it, we've been waiting for you to join us, 07 Float. :D

You could do a few sq10's (http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=106) maybe. The pricing on them is phenomenal and of course they're slim mount. Get started. I want lots of pictures. I know you like to take them :)
