Here's my story.
I live in Oklahoma City. We got SLAMMED with ice, sleet and snow late yesterday.
Right before this - 5:00 yesterday, I replaced my Wangler POS tires with the Pirelli Scorpion 235/70/16s. I compared those with the Geolanders, the Michelan STC and the Goodyear Fortura Triple Treads.
I felt the Pirellis were the best bargain - $540 installed including tax.
So, OKC get's a TON of snow yesterday and today and I'm out there in it all day today.. OKC doesn't usually get much snow, so this was the first time I got to try it out in the heavy stuff. It handles AMAZINGLY with these new tires!
I'm from Nebraska originally (go BIG RED!) so, I'm familiar with snow.. the drivers here are complete idiots in the stuff, but with the Element and these tires I was able to travel through anything at maximum speed... always had it under control. Major kudos to the E and the Pirellis.
