Having seen the thread on the Atkins diet, is anyone else following the Jorge Cruise exercise program - Eight Minutes in the Morning? I have trimmed down from 205 to 185 in six months. People at work can not believe what a great difference I have made. And I feel wonderful too!

I heven't heard of this one before Iskie.....please tell us more, it sounds like you have gotten some great results.
Do you work out everyday? 8mins....that's it?? wow! I work out 30 mins to 1 hour 3 to 5 times a week and am not very happy with my results....kinda hit a plateau. So do tell! Dish all the details!

www.jorgecruise.com. Basically, what he has you do is exercise first thing in the morning - it raises the metabolism to start to burn fats. As well, he has you eat more healthfully and increase the amount of Omega-3 fats. The weight loss with the program is gradual, but sustainable and sensible.
I went from a size 34 waist to as slimmer 33, if not a 32. I stand up straight now, look much better in in the upper chest area and overall. My office administrator at work says she hardly recognizes me any more. With the weight loss and a new hair style, she was wondering who it was she was seeing come in in the morning to work.
The big thing again - the program is exercise and diet. And the diet is not a faddy eat all carbs or proteins or fruits or cardboard diet. It's a holistic approach that works gradually.
Check it out. I think it makes a load of sense.
