Hi everybody!

My wife called our salesperson this morning to find out when we could expect to get our green EX. When he said it may be a far out as the end of April, we were shocked! :shock:

He called back a couple of hours later and asked us if we were really set on getting a green one. It turned out that they got a Shoreline Mist EX delivered today and if we wanted to take a look at it, he would hold it for us.

About a hour later, we were at the dealers looking at it and we liked the color scheme better (Bird in hand syndrome may be a contributing factor to our decision!). :lol:

Long story short, we are picking up our new EX 4wd in Shoreline Mist tomorrow afternoon. :D

bigmobrown: You will thoroughly love the Shoreline Mist. That is what I have and the color combination is to die for. The interior is great, reminds me more of a much more expensive vehicle and the metallic plastic panels along with the Shoreline Mist color really blend well together. We also looked at the Silver which had the lighter interior and side by side to the Shoreline Mist it was a no brainer.

Watch out though, I bought the E for myself and am going to be the one making payments, I have to watch the hubby, I think he wants to steal it away from me! We drive this more than his vehicle, which I love. And with gas prices rising, we will be car-pooling more often.

I know my little E is "ours" (but this really is MINE)!

Yes, cjans, I know what you mean. When my husband (who has a Dodge Ram Quad Cab) has to go to the store he says since the gas prices are so high he HAS to take my E! :roll:

I also have "Mist" and it really does have a touch of class. The color combo is perfect. A co-worker seen it from an upstairs window and thought is was some kind of baby Mercedes love-bug! Ha, I thought that was great!

Got the blue auto 4wd EX. Was thinking silver but they had it in stock. Would have taken a manual but I drive in traffic sometimes so what the hell. I'm more excited about this car than anything I've ever driven in over 20 years of buying cars. Makes me wonder if I ever grew up :)
