That console is available on eBay. Do a search for element console. I paid $105 shipped to my house. It's supposed to fit all E's.

Be careful on the install. My AVS Bugdeflector was a bit warped. Didn't find that out til I slammed the hood shut (had to, it wouldn't close on its own). It pushes up the drivers side of the hood about 1/8th of an inch. Noticeable, but not too much. It also nicked the paint on the inside of the headlight housing.:evil:

As Lizzurd stated, that is what tail lights and lights in general are used for; night time visibility, not manufacturer's emblems reflecting off your headlights.

I didn't ask the question toward concerns of safety. More of a redundancy issue.

It's not and I don't plan to anytime soon. It's fine at it's original height. :)

I'm really feeling your blackout Element, great job! Quick question for you, how did you black the honda emblems? Did you paint or replace the grill to get it black?
