Why shoot the parents when you can shoot the ones that did it? What did they do?

What an idiot!!! It looked like a brand new '06 with the paper plates still on!! He certainly popped the airbag, it looked like a very hard direct hit!!!
Peoples like that should get flogged three times a day!!! BUT I appreciate that the Dummkopf didn't take anyone else (innocent) down with him! That light pole sure showed him!!! :-) :-) :-)

That is the funny thing i have seen yet of You Tube... it makes you think of the dumb people that like to film stupid things. Not only is he doing donuts, but racing. Two things that Insurance companies frown on...Did you see how far that front bumper piece shot off...Bet his parents were happy !

I think his girlfriend crapped alittle in her pants, when she saw the impact... I had to replay it about 20 times.. What an idiot !

Those Light poles with the concrete block are not the break away poles light on the highway !

What an idiot! He probably claimed it was stolen after the fact. Someone asked if he was a member of the EOC. I don't think so, Homey don't play that! Membership wouldn't be approved for this jerk and if he were a member, after inquiring as to whether he was OK, it would have been revoked along with his license. Oh, he doesn't have a license thus why he was driving in a parking lot.

It seems like a lot of people didn't read the description. The owner didn't even actually drive it... he let a homeless person drive it.

Stupid mistake list:
1) Letting someone you don't know drive your new E (or any car of yours in general)
2) Letting a homeless person with no liscense drive your car
3) After reporting the car as stolen to avoid paying the repair, posting the video of what really happened on youtube.
The list could go on and on.
on the quote of it being in the south due to stereotypes of the way we talk... thats understandable, but the terrible accent really isn't there, it would have been more drawn out. Well, i'm at least speaking out of living in south Georgia :) The accent can get worse than it is down here, but I doubt by much. Plus any stereotypical southerner wouldn't have an E... "its a wussy car that think's its a truck." Obviously I'm not the stereotypical southerner :D

Anyone that would do that to an Element - and one in such a fine color! - obviously deserves exactly what he got.

And lest I get too righteous, I am reminded that I did some pretty stupid stuff in cars, once upon a time. My bet is that Genius there will have learned a painful and expensive lesson.....which was all too often the way that I learned them, back in The Day.

yeah, during a scavenger hunt we needed to get a stranger to do a magick trick for us. the dude we asked said he would do a doghnut for us instead.....yeah that was a mistake

I don't see anything about a homeless guy, but maybe I missed it somewhere else.

The number one mistake that guy made, besides being born, was this:

If you're going to do a donut in a FRONT wheel drive car, you must do if in REVERSE. Duh. And if you think you're going to do one in a 4WD car, forget about it.

Either way, the E does not come in a rear wheel drive configuration and cannot do 'Mustang' style donuts. Idiot.

if i had to guess the kid had seen vids of the gmc syclones/typhoons doing axial spins and thought he could pull it off in an E even though it doesn't have fulltime awd, has about a 9" higher center of gravity and over 100 less hp. Nice going.

Why would you say that what I said was mean? I was making a joke about his STUPID ACT, not your DRIVING SKILLS.

Did you actually get to watch this video before it was removed?
Well, if you did then you should know what I'm talking about. Letting a complete stranger into your new E to burn rubber and do a donut(and ultimately crash into a lightpole) is STUPID. No other way to say it.

Funny you should say from the south. I lived in Alabama for several years and one summer, my ex and I went to hang with her brother's best friend up in Florence (near the Tennesee border). Well, dude gets roaring drunk (mind you he was 30-something) and decides he's going to do donuts in his brand-new, leased Chevy S-10. Well, a couple donuts later, we all hear an engine over-rev, a loud smack, and several choice curses emanating from the darkness.
Idiot had slid the truck sidelong into a tree at about 40 mph and bent the frame. The truck looked like #@%& and he got away with it. Lied to the insurance and lending companies about the circumstances and the @$$ got away with it!
