So I was bored waiting for my chem class to finish a test and was inspired by the periodic table to design my own decal. Comments? Go easy on me, I have owned my element for 2 weeks and am new to the EOC! and my technology used here is microsoft paint. See if you can figure out the 4 digit number?

Also, is this my own idea? I would think someone would have thought of it already. If so, I would like to see their ideas.

I was just going to suggest that you take a pic of that sticker with a ruler
under it, if you can. Then post up the pic and the info above in the Hawaii
Owners Section. Maybe someone there can pick one up for you and mail it.

The reason I suggest the ruler is so they can gauge the size of it.

He cuts vinyl as a side business here (http://stores.ebay.com/rtcs-design) and this is well within his capabilities. I think all he needs is a higher resolution picture of the sticker, that captures all its little details and to know how large you want the sticker to be.

Just let me know if that's the route you'd like to take.

Very much possible. I cut vinyl all the time. There will be some slight differences depending on the skill level of the digital artist but they should have no problems at a sign shop or like Elemen-O-P said, a stereo shop with a vinyl cutter. Also check around at tint shops, they sometimes will make stickers too.

His vinyl cutting isn't really a huge money making business for him, its really just a hobby that pays for itself and puts a little gas in the tank. He fell into vinyl after upgrading one of his cutters that he used to make stencils, when customizing Hot Wheels.

Nope, there is an easier way to do it.
Just do it outside. I used black decal so when the light is out it's very very hard to see that it's even on there.
I guess you COULD tear it apart and do it from the inside. but then again not worth it since it will be dark due to the tint on the rear window.

You'd need to first move the third brake light out of the way to install it. Removal is quite easy, you just need to push in those two tabs to release it's cover and then you'll see two small screws that you'll need to remove, I think they are 10mm.

OK, not a life shattering question but I am curious about where ya'll put stickers on your E. I have a few stickers from organizations that I belong to and am ready to put them on the car. (I'm not into mods so this will be the only personalization that I plan to do.) There is space on the rear window that you can't see out of when the rear seats are in place so that is where I was going to put them. But then I saw the large rear window on the drivers side that I know I'm never gonna look out of. So rather than flip a coin I'd though I'd ask here. Pic's welcome!
