Heheh, nice picture. :o

Maybe I should park my Orange monster at the Hummer dealership in Vernon Hills. The Elements and Hummers are literally across the street from each other, so it's easy to compare looks.. and prices.

ROFLMAO. Great photo.

Maybe it's just ny eyes, but to me it looks like the Element is a Dinky Toy car in that picture.

It is a dinky toy car compared to the Hummer. But it is really more of what you want in a vehicle fun and pratical.

Lets face it....the Element will never be a Hummer...........thank God.

And as hard as a Hummer may try it will never be an ELEMENT.

My wife and I test drove a Hummer H2 last summer. Amazingly, the Element far surpassed an H2 in interior comfort. Granted, the H2 had self-warming leather seats, but the cabin space was shallow and the seats felt narrow despite the gaping width of the beast.

I'm still loving my E more each day!

that's hilarious-- i passed by that very h2 dealership in my E on my way to Joe's crab shack in Schaumburg with a beautiful girl in the passenger seat. there are way more hummers on that lot than they will ever sell!

All cars look like dinky toys next to Hummers. That's the idea.

Of course, the H2 is the wimp's version of the Hummer. Give me an H1 or forget it.

I just adopted by 2004 GGM EX 2wd AT. I am waiting to receive some H2.5 emblems that I got on e-bay. What I'd like to get is a custom grill with Hummerlike vertical slots. I haven't found something like this yet.

I really don't like when people adorn their E's with Hummer like things.

I just saw a H2 towing a VW bus (early 1970s vintage) down the highway today-- wish I'd snapped a pic

There is a grill already made for the Element with the vertical slots that looks like a jeep liberty front end. I've seen it on this site. I don't have the picture but I'm sure somebody will post it...

I don't like the Hummer logo on the Element either... the E is an E and I'm proud enough of that.

I would never buy a Hummer unless it was military issue. But lets face it, "THEY" don't want people like me driving Hum Vees. Could you see me at a dealership.
Dealer: Can I help you
Pirate Solo : Yes I'd like to buy a Hummer
Dealer: Great, do you know what color you want.
Pirate Solo: Does'nt matter, as long as its a convertable with a snorkle and a mounted TOW Missile Launcher system. :D
Oh who would'nt want one, especially if the L.A. Freeway was part of your daily commute.

The grill you're talking about is the "H2 Grill Replacement" at VisRacing.com (http://www.visracing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3297) and eracings.com. (http://www.eracings.com/catalog/honda-element-20032005-h2-grill-replacement-p-1627.html)

My gut reaction is that I don't like it, but the longer I stare at that the more it starts to grow on me. The wife would never let me install that thing on her car though.

Doesn't look too bad... I like the fact that there are some options out there to customize the look of the E to a variety of tastes... I still wish there were a couple more options other than cool decals and so forth though...

I do like the 2007 front grill....

I kinda like it too. Looks more like the concept Jeep Commander from the front than an H2. (First glance and from memory)

I think it also looks like the upcoming Jeep Patriot. Frankly, with the Patriot and the Compass being based on the Dodge Caliber, I'm not sure if they'll help or hurt Jeep's reputation. They sure won't be adding to the off-road rep.

And the Compass..eww...just....eww. Looks like a Liberty and a Santa Fe mated and give birth to this thing.

Yeah, I knew you were talking about the concept version. I was tempted to post a pic of it also, but I figured I had enough pics already.
