new to the club had my e since sept05 done some mods to it grill fogs lund deflector and the rims im intrested in a meet if you guys are planing one this summer.

If you have a chance, can you tell me how you did the Grill? I know it's been done to death in other boards, but I'm just wondering where you got the grill supplies, and how YOU did it step by step, cause it looks really good.

i first took the whole bumper off and i cut out a rough shape of the upper grill opening then once it was close enough where i could place it on the back of the bumper i did the final triming i secured the aluminum mesh with black plastic ties i used the smallest ones i could find so that you wouldnt be able to se ethem unles youre a foot away from the bumper, the lower grill was much easier because all you have to do is cut a rough measurement and just secure it with plastic ties, i did not use the guuter guard but an aluminum mesh that you can buy at any performance stores it usualy comes in a sheet 48 inch by 10 inch i liked it because its a lot sturdier than the guuter guard and you dont have to use as many ties as you would if it was the gutter guard. hope this helps
