Junebug and I were chatting would love to have a mini-meet in DuPont, Saturday, may 5th, High Noon!
We will meet in the DuPont Park and Ride and then have lunch or coffee at one of the many restaurants along the little downtown strip.
There is also shopping, including a really cute Pet Boutique where you can pick up items for your furry friends.

Hope you can come!

Couldn't make last weekends Portland meet due to an event in Tri-Cities.
And of course I have another event to compete in on May 5 & 6.

While you are definitely scone-worthy, I figured since we were heading to eat (okay *I* was heading to eat!) scones were just overkill. Maybe everyone else figured out I wasn't bringing any so they didn't come. haha!

here are some easy directions

from Seattle
Take I-5 South to the DuPont-Steilacoom Rd exit.
Bear right off the exit and get in the left hand lane ASAP.
Take a Left at the 1st light
Pass State Farm and the Park and Ride is at the 4-way stop sign on the left, right across the Street from the Liberty Inn

From Olympia
Take I-5 North to the Center Drive Exit ( just past the truck scales after the Nisqually exit)
Take the 1st right ( there is a new Traffic signal there, that may or may not be working) Jiffy Lube is on the left/Harbor Rock Bar and Grill on the right
Go past the stores, Venture Bank and the Park and Ride is on the right just past the Mexican Restaurant.

I whined, pleaded and moaned and I got a few desserts to bring.

Some chocolate cake bits and also cheesecake.
Won't be a lot (12 small servings), so we may have to draw straws. :-o

So bring something to wash it down with!

Hey all...haven't posted in...years. We've had our E for awhile now. On our 3rd windshield and second set of tires. Our E has been a godsend, esp with last season's snow/wind/rain storms. We wouldn't trade it her in for anything! Seems not oo long ago that we paid a premium price to be one of the first few folks rolling around in an E. We don't get any waves anymore, but it's nice to see so many E's out there. Our last meet with other E owners was in 05. Crazy. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make this meet, but, please do post some pics!

Okay, there will be scones *or* I will have a clean Element, but not both! Depending on how the morning continues, it may be neither! Sconeless and dirty, that's how I ride ...

But I'll be there!
