Can somebody help me ? I am looking to buy a 4 channel amp , probably a Eclipse 4100 . Where is a good location to place this ? I dont want to lose my spare tire , and is there enough room under passenger front seat ? Thnx

hey i have mind Fosgate 250 watt, which measures around 12 inches long mounted under my left passenger seat. i went ahead and took a picture for you to see how i had my mounted. and i went ahead and took a pic of what the back looks like, you cant see it or any wires, which is what i like.

I have my Eclipse amps next to my subs. This may not be your ideal location but I went for aesthetics. Under your rear seat should work out just fine. If you still want to be able to fold up the rear seats then you could experiment with securing the amp to the seat bottom and run the wires along the hinges.

There's more room under the driver seat. You might have to cut up one of the plastic pieces though if its too long. There's this little piece that's designed to keep stuff from sliding from teh back and taking out your ankles. I fit an elemental designs nine.1 under the driver seat, so i imagine just about anything would fit... except very freaking big mono amps and 5 channel amp.

Nope, i sure don't right now. When i went back home that weekend my family was at some school team thing for my sister and had their camera there. I might be able to take a picture or two with my phone, but they wouldn't be the greatest. Maybe... just maybe i can get my roomie to ever so slightly pick up his room and find his camera.
