Well for those of you following my vehicle journey I had a 03 SSM this winter that I just sold a few weeks ago. I also have a 06 ABM that for sale. My wifes 04 vibe also sold, so we were down to one vehicle.

The wife wants a new Kiwi E, but we can't get that until the 06 ABM sells...too expensive. So what to do? :D

Time for me to get my replacement for the 06 ABM (that'll hopefully go to a good home soon).

I found this 06 TM for sale in South Carolina online and it was about $1000 under wholesale!! :shock: Had to jump on it, so I flew down Sat. and drove it home.

The dealership was a jerk.....no offense but every Chrystler, Jeep, Dodge dealership I've ever been to is a bunch of crooks. The tried to charge me a $599 "dealership" fee!! Long story short, they didn't collect! :D

So here it is...don't have a lot of pics yet of the mods but will post more soon!

Nice. So, I lost track. You were a two E family and you will again be a two E family--Tangerine and Kiwi?

The first pic is of the E on the way home from S. Carolina, the middle pics are at the local park, and the last pic is of the mods I've done so far.

As soon as I got home I started tearing it apart, put the grill, headlights, side markers, bug guard, vent visors, wipers, AEM CAI, valve covers...but the mod I had to do first was the annoying seatbelt beep fix! :D

The exhaust tip and fogs were on it when I bought it....the exhaust tip looks crappy and is coming off. The fogs need to be totally re-wired as the guy that owned this riged it up terribly....I think he used speaker wire! :twisted:

Yeah that's right we were a two E family a Atomic Blue (summer) and a Silver (winter).

Now we'll be a Tang. (me) and Kiwi (wife) as soon as the ABM sells :D

That TM looks so cute--it reminds me of a tangelo with that brighter orange Honda is using now. If it weren't for the joy of not having car payments, I'd be sorely tempted to trade my '04 for an '07. But years of car payments....naahh, I'll live with my SOP.

Oh I'm gonna paint it alright!....the whole thing someday :D Just don't know how or what to paint is as of yet.

That does look good on your ride tho! Makes the top all line up.

Check out ebay for fogs...there's some good selections on there. I'm getting some of the halo's that change colors....of course you can't go wrong with the OEM either, but they're expensive. You could also wait in my halo's to come in and buy these hyper whites I currently have on mine too :D

If you don't like the billet grill look you could always go with the 07 OEM or with Cloudrider grills.

I was looking at the BlingLights with the multicolor leds for fogs. But I'm not against yours :-P Let me know. LOL

Right now I'm leaning towards an 07 OEM top with a billet bottom for the grill. To some degree, I think having a special grill cut might be nice. If I do go billet top, then I want to put my company name in billet on it.

I love your twin pipes! Do you have blue covers on your fogs?

Can you show me a pic of what it would look like to put "til you drop" on your top billet centered?

techno - the fogs are called hyper whites and the lens is blue from the manufacture....they give off a nice white/blue tint. :D

I'll try to mock up a pic for you sometime of the grill.

How did you route the wire for the Halo control on the fogs ?

routed it along the fender and thru the drivers door....not the best way to do it but I couldn't find a good way thru the firewall....hopefully they're temp anyways as I really want to do the SC nose sometime in the future. :D

lilb - save your money and you could always get new seat covers for your in somthing better suited....even leather!! :D

hmmmmm. Leather would be nice. I will have to wait until I get my windows tinted tho. Hot enough up front as it is :evil: .

Oh BTW....the day you called street scenes to schedule the window tint I was in the shop. Travis is one of the mechanics there and bought my 03 SSM Element.

Yes that is why I called them in particular and mentioned 'a freind', I didn't even have to tell them who I was talking about. You stike me as someone who would not just let anyone mess with his E. :D I was supposed to drop the E off Satuday to Travis, but I ended up in the ER Friday night :mad: . Now I will have to wait a bit, but I decided to get the complete package with the sides and the front like yours after thinking about it (and the nice heat we've had the past week). Just have to wait for my next bonus check. :sad:

Travis is a pretty cool guy and I trust him to work on my E as they do hondas there all the time...their specialty.

Drool... for paint job. Oddly enough when I was in a speaker shop here they had a car that had that exact pattern on it. I had inquired how much to do that to my E. LOL

Tech did you get my PM?? I still haven't received the valve covers :confused:
