Im tring to make the current electrical socket have power all the time the problem is that i cant figure out how to get apart the dash and where to get the constant power from. If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it

First, you don't have to take a part the dash - the 12v socket can be removed from the front.

Second, you should familarize yourself with a test light and a coat hanger. The former for finding a constant power source and the latter for fishing a wire to the socket.

by opening the glove box and removing the two little clip things on each side of the glove box it will the open all the way so that you can the reach the wiring to the 12volt plug from below ,, or you can just pull the 12volt plug out from the front its not easy but it will pull out!
