Hello,

I am a native of the Rocket City. I am not YET the owner of an E, but would enjoy meeting with any owners/drivers here in the Huntsville Area. I simply like to ask owners about their experiences as it beats what magazines and dealers have to say.

I like all Elements including Root Beer SCs, Kiwi EXs, and then there is the Copper-like color that looks great. So far, I've only seen one Element used for commerical purposes, and that is with HSV Hospital Security!!

Hope to meet with some proud Element Owners soon. Better yet, be a driver/owner myself!

Hi Bob,

Glad you found us. I hope you have some good luck finding the E you want.

It's too bad your so far away from the North East. We have several meets during all 4 seasons. It seems that we are more active when it comes to the meets than the other area's of the Country .. Well there may be an Island someplace west of us that meets almost as much as we do!:D

Hey Bob,

I'm a E-owner from your area. I live out in the Hampton Cove area. Just got my Element a couple of months ago. You should go for it! I've never been more pleased with a auto purchase.

You're always welcome to join us, BobEment, if you're up our way. :)

2007 EX, bought on the last Saturday in December '06. I use it to haul my paintings to and from shows/galleries. The clamshell tail gate and the lack of a B-pillar make it one of the easiest vehicles to load and unload that I have ever owned. It replaced a '93 Camry Station Wagon. Easy to drive, very stable, good MPG for the size, and very comfortable.
Buy one!! I've seen too few around here. An opportunity to be both practical and unique.

Hello Decatur!

I like the name "Decatur Element". It sounds a lot like a newspaper!!

It is great to hear how useful you find the Element to be. I need it to carry around my cedar chests, woodworking tools, and so on.

Which dealer did you work with? (if it's ok to ask)

BobEment,
Sorry for the late reply. Been on vacation and unplugged.
I bought my Element from the local Honda Dealer in Decatur. They only had three but did have the exact package I wanted. Got a fair price and was treated very nicely. Before I shopped, I did discover that the Huntsville dealer had a bigger inventory at the time, with eleven models on their lot. I stayed with my hometown dealer though; can't say if was due to loyalty or laziness. Maybe I just didn't feel like driving that far. The weather was pretty crappy that day.
