I was searching aropund craigslist and found an almost new set of tires.
They are Pathfinder ATs in 235/70R16. I am getting them for $125 for all 4. The guy had them on his pilot and did not like them so he got new tires. They only have about 8-9K on them. I figure if I can get 8-12 months out of them, thats a great deal, $125 for almost new tires ain't too bad.

Here are some pics. I will have more once they are installed.

My badyears are almost dead. If it is wet out, the E is all over the place, as there is very little tread left on them and the ride is horrid. I can't complain as I got about 28K out of them, I could probably make it to 30K easily on them, but they are getting scary on wet roads. I figure if I can get at least 6-8 months out of them, it was money well spent. I HATE tire shopping, as I can't ever make up my mind, so I look for deals like this.

Not to burst your bubble or anything but those aren't pathfinder all terrains. the pat's look a little like the BFG AT Ko's, those are just the regular Pathfinder Sport SUV's. Not saying that they are a bad tire or anything, but just not the All Terrain. Still a lot better tire then the Pathfinder Trail AP's or Falken suv tires.

I thought they were ATs, but thank you for the clarification. I have never heard of pathfinder tires, so I was not sure what the different models were.

Good score! Please post your impressions when you get them installed and have run through a couple of tanks of gas. I am particularly interested in your change of acceleration from a stop and the overall fuel milage change.

pathfinders are made by Kelly tires which are owned by Goodyear. I work at a tire shop so if theres any other questions you might have let me know.
