: Midwest Meet???

With all these other meet and greets happening, is there a Midwest Meet in the future???

I know I am a rare E owner here in St. Louis....but there seems to be a great number in Chicago, Indy, and Ohio....all of which are desirable road trip options for moi.....any thoughts???

Any cool things coming up in your area that would make for a great location for an E Meet?

Let's get this party started folks!!!

I'd be up for a short road trip on a Sunday. I can't do Saturdays (stupid job...) but I'd be willing to rise and shine early for a 3 or 4 hour trip. I live in central Ohio, so I think that puts me on the west side of Indiana.

It'd be great to meet some other E owners, 'specially forum users.

The ultimate trip would be to the factory outside Columbus, Ohio. But I guess they haven't opened that to the public yet... top secret Scion-killing technology being developed I suppose.

I think if Honda opened the factory everyone, Midwest and beyond, would be up for a meet!

I bet if enough of us just show up at the factory, they'd let us in... Maybe not, but it would be pretty cool to have a bunch of E's back for a homecoming.

ohio.honda.com - but I'd like to stress again that people on this forum have contacted them and been told that we'll have to wait.

Hey....

I just purchased my Element last week. We just sold my wife's Explorer and am planning on buying her a orange Element in the next few days because we loved mine so much.

Would love to help organize a KC rally in the spring sometime.

Anyone think its a good idea??

I'm all up for it... I have friends that live in Columbus, Ohio and I got family near Branson, Missouri...

My wife has a pretty hectic work schedule... basically every other weekend is a four day weekend though. Earliest time I can see on my calander we could attend we be the weekend of Feb. 26-29.

Well, we tried to see how many Ohioians would be up for a meet and for some reason I think they have all sold their computers and got toys for the E. We haven't had any replies.

I would be up for a meet. I am all for it. I am tired of talking about it and just want to do it. Say when and where and Edgar and I will come!!!

Diane, I'm always up for an E meet, road trip or just hanging out at a winery for the afternoon like someone suggested earilier.

This past summer, I went to a winery and there were about 30 BMW Z3 Roadsters parked in a row outside. That would look so cool with about 30 Elements!

Thirty E's would be awesome, but 2 or 3 would be fun as well. Sometimes that many is hard to keep together, find a place to park and or sit.

This time of year would be fun because a few have indoors fireplaces and more places to sit.

Just let me know when and where

I would be there for a meet, especially if it were in the Ohio area.

I would be up for a meet in the midwest. Anywhere in Kansas would be great.

Well, it appears that a spring '04 Midwest E rally didn't happen. Anybody know how these things are set up? Is there enough interest? Does it have to be spring? Why not fall?
I just got mine and I'm ready to travel!
