Picked up a new RBM SC with AT a few days ago. I traded in my 06 EX-P AWD, as I was racking up too many miles (34,000) and it was a 3 yr lease.

Wow, these two vehicles driving experience is night and day!! In the SC you can feel every single imperfection in the road. Suspension is very tight and the car kind of tingles when you are driving. You can go around corners quickly with added confidence. Something I did not experience in the EX. The seats are much more firm and I really like the carpet. Gives it less of a utility feel and more of a car feel. It also feels quieter inside.

Below are a few things I really like between 06 an 07:

5-spd tranny
Front facia and lights
18" rims
Full color matched exterior. Love the RBM color option also.
Carpet
Center console. Love the additional storage and relocated charger/aux ports

Anyhoot, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself....again.

That's the limited edition Expedition trunk extender. I didn't notice that until just now. Good eyes mate!!!

Welcome and congrats on the new purchase.
Great color choice and I couldn't agree with you more on your evaluation.
Don't you love the orange accents on the interior?
You really have to get the shifter knob with the orange stitching, really sets things off inside.
ENJOY!!:D

Funny you should mention that. I have the front end off right now and I'm adding gutter guards and painting the center section behind the letter H black.

My last Element was a lease, so I didn't care as much about the condenser/radiator and it sure took a beating. Never sprung a leak or anything, but don't want to take a chance with this one.

I would like to add HIDs in the neat future and I'm going to look into the shift knob mentioned by aerodynamicallychallenged. This would probably do it for a while. The wife said I spend too much money on my other toy. Muahahaha. Trading up the SC really gave me a lot of things I would probably have added to my EX-P. Rims, carpet, etc.

My other toy (the first one).

From one East Tennessee SC and Deal's Gap toy owner (cause I *know* you gotta hit the hill in that little white beauty every once in a while, just like I do in my little white beauty) to another, howdy!
