The lowering will void warranty on your suspension. Do it dude! Go with true coilovers if you don't want a punishing ride. Just lowering springs aint that bad.

I live in Los angeles, and where i found this grill was call "Becool"
and they only have couple local shop dealing it in westcoast. where i got was in San diego national city, i drove all the way down there, bought it and install by myself when i got home that night. i have to take out the whole front bumper and the grill is not 100% plug and play, you have to do some mod for installation, but its easy and look way way better than old cover. i also install the fog lights at the same time so save me another time of taking off the whole bumper.
one other thing, how low is the lowering spring will lower ?
i only thinking about drop like 1.5" ~ 2", not too low, because i want to match the tires distence to fender all around. if you know what i mean, i don't like the car so low almost touching the top fender but front and back fender still far away. i want to be all the same distence for all. now just way too high. so what kind lowering spring and shock is good ??? or only lower the spring ? PLEASE HELP

Er, I've said it a few times and I'll say it again:
Lowering will actually put part of your warranty at risk. In accordance with federal law, dealerships reserve the right to deny warranty coverage if the problem with the vehicle is directly related to aftermarket equipment. Two examples: 1. you install lowering springs and the struts go bad. The dealership can state that the cause of the struts going bad is due to aftermarket springs and therefore does not have to honor your warranty. 2. you install an aftermarket air intake and their is engine problems. They can say the air intake is the cause of the problem and they do not have to honor your warranty. However, lets say you were to install only an aftermarket an air intake and your struts go bad. They cannot deny you service because the intake had no direct connection to your struts going bad. If you were to install a lowering kit, you subject your vehicle to some potential scenarios in which a dealership can deny service.
Second: Lowering springs with the original struts is not recommended. Coming from personal experience and extensive research on the matter... your factory struts are not meant to handle a ride drop. The consistent pressure on the struts to support the additional weight of the vehicle which has now been removed from the springs will ultimately cause your struts to wear much faster. The longest life span I've seen for this vehicle on lowering springs (~1.5" drop) is two years. Personally I've killed my rear struts after 4 months putting them on at 1 year 3 months. Replacing with factory struts or even aftermarket struts designed to work with the original springs will not solve this problem.
My warning to anyone considering lowering your E: Just go for the Tein Basic Coilover Kit (or similar). It's about 900-1000 dollars (+ installation) compared to the ~250 for springs but you will save money and the hassle in the long run. To boot, those who are subjected to snow conditions have the option to raise their E back to (near) stock height to combat the snow. In addition, you will need at least a rear camber adjustment kit. You want to get something along the lines of "upper kit" or "upper rear arm kit". That is absolutely necessary. If you put excessive weight in your E stock, you can see what happens to the rear wheels. That same effect will happen when you drop it - uneven tire wear. You can optionally get the lower rear kit (replaces the strut bar, not necessary) and the front bolts for the front alignment. Reportedly those two are truly optional.
