Anyone have a tip on how to remove pecan stains from the paint? I have several brown splatter stains from the green husked pecans that have been dropped by squirrels.
Goof Off does not work...
Clay bar first
then polish
then rubbing compound

Don't use modeling clay.
A clay bar is used for detailing your paint. Anyplace that sells car waxes or detailing supplies should have claybars.
Here is a little info on using a claybar.

Cool, I never knew anything like that existed. I'll see if my local APS has some in stock.
Thanks!

I just had the same problam. Try the clay bar, but it may not be abrasive enough. Then go to a product like Wizards Turbo Cut rubbing compound.I went straight to the Turbo Cut, but it did not work. What I had to do was use 3000 grit wet sand paper to get rid of the stains, then take Turbo Cut and polish.GOOD LUCK

The clay bar worked. Some spots took a little more work than others, but they've all come out. One spot took ~5 minutes, others took less than 1 minute with little rubbing.
AutoZone had 5 or so brands: Maguiars kit for $19, Clay Magic for $10.50, Mothers Kit for $17.50, Turtle Liquid and one other liquid that I wasn't interested in.
I took the cheap route and bought the Clay Magic. It came with a 100g bar and 12oz of lube. Other kits came with cleaner wax and/or a microfiber rag. I already had the rags so it was a no-brainer.
Thanks for the suggestions!
