Actually its this web site that has made me make the decision on getting the E. I see how friendly everyone is, there is tons of help and suggestions. Also love all the pix of everyones ride. Thanks for making me feel welcome lol

After about a week and a half, the car came. I wish they would have told me the car was at a local dealership, from what I understood it was at one of their other lots upstate. I had to deal with finance guy and registering car out of state (do that for insurance purposes - too high in New York)

On Friday it took me two hours to get to my dealership in a friggin monsoon, but I was determined to go, even with the parkway shut down and all. The rain let up for a bit and we checked out the car. They did tell me to look it over the next day (today) in the sunlight and come back with any problems. Glad they said that because I did go back. I found two chips and a few scuffs. Also, who ever cleaned this car did a horrible job. There was wax on the plastic parts which I know Ill never get off. :x When I came back they gave me the service manager and he looked it over and said not a problem, have to come back and they will redetail the car and if available will give me a courtsey car - which would be nice.

So tomorrow will start with the E-ccessories!

Wowza! That is one shiny E!!!

When I picked mine up it had this glue stuff all over the floor from where the plastic liner was. Dealer told me they'd get it off when they replaced my condenser (and i STILL haven't done my lower grill guard!) four days after I bought it, but they didn't have the right solvent, so instead of taking it back again after they did have the solvent, I just let it wear away. I ended up installing the all season floor mats anyway, so no biggie.

I digress. :)
