I've always wanted to sky dive, but everytime I made plans with friends they backed out.
How many jumps have you made?
What are the costs for a newbie like myself?
What's required prior to your first jump?
Any, and as much info as you can give would be great.
Ya know, thinking about, if I am correct there is a sky diving place not too far from where I am in Zephyrhills (Tampa).
Let me know when your next trip is, I might join you.

i will be there skydiving tommarrow 10/05/03
I have about 40 jumps now
It will cost you about $160.00 for a tandom jump, thats when you are straped to an instructor for your jump, I can sometimes get people a discount on there tandom jump.for this jump you dont need anything except to show up! if you choose to continue in the sport then you can start jump school, but its not cheap, school consitst of 20 jumps and cost about $2000.00 to complete after that you need to buy your rig and equipment, I spent about $3000.00 for my stuff. now once you have done all that then your jumps will only cost $16.00 on weekdays and $18.00 on weekends. if you have any other questions show up tommarrow I'll be there!

Sorry I didn't show up.
I decided to go on a last minute gambling road trip to Biloxi, Mississippi & New Orleans, Louisiana (1400 miles round trip).
What a trip!!!!
I won quiet a bit (enough to cover my tandom dive & jump school, and still have money for gas  ).
That wasn't even the fun part. It was driving all those miles in a car that is less than a week old. I am SOOO glad I decided to buy the Element.
I am happy as a pig in ****.

Yeah... What a thrill it was to drive the open roads!
This best part was noticing, although just barely, I was getting better gas, milage each time I filled the tank. My only regret is that the E seems to have too small a tank, especially for us AWD owners.
I wonder if there is a way to retro-fit a large tank.
Thank you for keeping me in mind for the dive. Please keep me informed.
