DrkBlckSC 10-15-2007, 10:45 PM well i've finally gotten a chance to snap some photos tonight of the SC. i was out helping to load my NSX into a transporter out to arizona for a turbo build...
so here's a quick few shots of the SC i call "Dark Black (DRK BLCK)"... you can see the NSX behind it.
PS - i have this car up for sale (the SC) if anyone's interested: http://www.elementownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39004

Burn619 10-15-2007, 11:26 PM Too bad you didn't get to do much modding with the E. I remember when you first signed up here I looked at your list of cars and thought, "This guy has good taste in rides, I can't wait to see what he does to the Element!" Oh well, eventually we must all move on... good luck with the sale!

i think the only thing i was planning to do to the E (if i kept it longer) was to do some black/polish lip wheels, tein coilovers, and that's probably it...
daisy0405 10-16-2007, 07:47 AM It looks as if your tailights are blacked out, or does it come like that on the black SC?

the SC taillights are a 'bit' darker than standards.... but i went ahead and smoke painted them at the bodyshop for a full black look.
daisy0405 10-16-2007, 05:25 PM YeaH i have the ROOTBEER SC.. I thought the tail lights had looked a little tinted.. I LOVE THE SC Though.. I really do.. Its fully functional, the only downside is if i did ever want more than 2 kids, i would have to upgrade to a bigger car, but dont see that happening..what made you want the SC as seeing your other choices in your cars? i'm just curious
daisy0405 10-16-2007, 05:27 PM another question: Why are you selling your SC?
DrkBlckSC 10-16-2007, 06:33 PM another question: Why are you selling your SC?
as much as i like cars, i only have a limited amount of garage/drive way space.... and i'm currently looking at picking up a new exige S or new m5... so unforuntely this is the car that'd have to go.... :-|

i was never a real BIG fan of the element.... always a honda fan though (nsx, civic, etc). and ONCE i saw the release of the SC, it really caught me off gaurd. i didn't know there was such a model, as i never looked into it. but i wanted something pratical, and useful. for my photographing hobby, this car was nearly perfect.
i saw an SC on the road and kept wondering if it was modified to look like that... and then a trip to the honda dealer later, i realized it was the SC model... so the black SC it was...
daisy0405 10-16-2007, 08:24 PM You take some nice pics, as well as you have a nice collection of cars too

thanks... appreciate the comment
daisy0405 10-25-2007, 05:52 PM drkblak, i went down to my local tint shop and he said he thinks it would be a huge waste of money to put on the invisible bra, he said 3m ends up turning yellow and what not, but he said if a rock hits it real hard, the bra wont help with it..
so i guess i'll get my scratches fixed at the body shop as they happen what do you think?
he also recommended formula one brand, he said you also have to treat the invisible bra routinely with some type of wax..do you do that?
HONDA GHANDI 10-25-2007, 06:41 PM Nice NSX dood. Where are you taking it for the turbo build if you dont mind me asking. We have done a few of those, too fast for me. (I have a little problem with self control) :D
rodrez. 10-26-2007, 02:12 AM Gotta love the black SC.
I recognize your NSX from the JTuned spread, very nice looking car
mjpd1 11-01-2007, 09:06 AM I love your SC. Just picked up a black '07 EX myself.
Why no smoked license plate cover on the rear? Everything else on the car is smoked; for another $5, would look nice!
ORANGEE 11-01-2007, 10:09 AM Nice pictures.......we love shiney things.....oh pretty
If I didn't need the AWD, I think I'd have to get an SC
mjpd1 11-01-2007, 10:38 AM Ditto on that. I love the SC, but really wanted AWD. I figured I'd get an AWD EX and style it after the SC.
