: New SC owner

I just recently bought a 07, black, SC. I stumbled upon this site while I was looking for upgrades to do to it. Seems to be a lot of cool people on here with good advice. I live near the Memphis, TN area. There seems to be a few people from this part of the country. So thought I would just say hi. Also was wondering if anyone has ever come across any wheels that look close to the ones in the Element SC prototype sketch. I will try to find a pic to post. Thanks.

First things first, "WELCOME!!" Now to your question, I saw a set like that at Wheel Warehouse, but I don't remember who the manufacturer was. Go to www.wheelwarehouse.com.

What are your mods that you have planned?
Not too sure yet, I know that I will be getting some new wheels and coilovers. I also looked at a carbon fiber hood, but I am not sure if it will fit my model or not. (if anyone knows please let me know) Then some basic stuff as it comes around like cat-back, CAI...ect. I am looking into building my own front bumper as well, but I am not sure if I want to get into something like that at this time. Anyway if you guys have any ideas, please let me know. I will post some pics up soon, it been raining non-stop the last few days.

The wheels on the prototype are nice, but I think I like the actual SC wheels better. I love the red calipers and the body-colored mirrors, though.
Also, you can't see it in that pic, but i really wish the SC came with the padded door armrests that the prototype has. They look sweet!

For sure. It’s been a month now and I love this thing. I traded in a 03 Chevy 1500 for it, I wasn’t sure about it at the time, but now there are no regrets. I have defiantly turned some heads with this. I tented the window all around and I think it makes it look pretty menacing. Anyway I will get those pics up soon.
