Ok all, heres the deal...I bought this last night, and absolutely LOVE IT to death! the interior on the SC is so sick! at night, this thing looks so hot! especially with the royal blue pearl. the guage cluster is very nice with a good color scheme, as well as the stereo and other backlights. I have read complaints of loud ride in these, not so much the SC, but i have heard them, and to put aside that rumor, this thing is NOT loud at all. So the dealer was being a royal blue pain, haha, they were not giving me anything! I, too, am in sales, and ended up getting them down to below invoice, and down to their holdback price plus tax, so i felt pretty good. Great Car! without further anticipation....

There are many ways to protect your grill. Some involve taking off the front bumper.

As for the grill guard, do it ! There are ways to do the job so it does not mess up the paint. You can see the chips out of the Spray on bed liner on my E and the wife's E. Mine Has taken more hits than Hers has. I do some dirt road driving that she does not. So it has done it's job. No Ties !!

Oh I am so in love with RBP! Post some photos of the interior too!

HD lower grill guard is a good mod. That being said, I still haven't done mine. Have all the right materials, just need Dad to jump on board and help me in the garage.

Seriously though, it's a really important mod. My E came with a six inch circular chunk of metal in the condenser. I about died when they told me it would be $635 to fix... four days after I drove it home! Luckily it got covered under a "good faith warranty" or something like that.

Lesson: grill guard is worth a few chips in the paint. :)
