Well...I just installed my system in my E. I have an Alpine CDA-7998 Headunit, four 8" kicker L5 Solobaric subs, a front component system consisting of FNQ3614's (6.5") and a rear component system consiting of FNQ (5.25"), and two amps. A mono Power1000bd from Fosgate to power the subs only, and a alpine v12 4 channel x 500 to power the components. Plus the custom install. Enjoy the pics!

Really looks sweet. I like the look but will also say that it look s like Darth Vaders chamber, really wicked.

Where did you ground the amps?
Did you drill a new hole or were you able to take advantage of an existing location?

ElementOn18's, I was wondering, the board that those subs are mounted on, is it just resting there. did you build some type of box underneath where the spare was.

the subs are mounted on a wood board...but they fiberglassed the entire spare tire well, to make it sound great. they used the spare tire well as the box.
