dealer in my area is dressing up base e with 18" chrome (non-honda) wheels and 50 series rubber, some with eibach kit, either way vehicle immediately earns tough guy street cred. have noticed when outfitted with 18" spokes, rear tires lean in at the top (camber? - especially noticeable when viewed carefully from behind) so question; will this alter e's rear geometry so as to cause harm/excess-wear to suspension components ? or at least seems to me will prematurely and unevenly wear out some expensive tires.
any thoughts?

I would think that the camber being off, would be as a result of the lowering, not necessarily the tires/wheels. If they have the same outside diameter it should maintain the same geometry as stock.

we do this at my dealer all the time the fact of the matter is the 18 inch wheel witha 50 seris tire is the same size around as the factory tire..... camber beaing off could only be the result of lowering the vehicle and if the camber is off its not a genuine honda kit...
Does Honda make a top bar that is adjustable....
Always thought that "lowering" added neg. camber, that was "corrected" back to spec with ________? Fill in your favorite M.O.D..
What's the "true" Honda drop (for a EX 5SPD RTD)?????
1) what is the range of drop?
2) what should this 'genuine honda lowering kit' cost?
thanks

I have never heard of a Genuine Honda lowering kit for the Element and am not inclined to believe one exists (yet).
