Call some 4x4 fabrication shops or hot rod builders who powder coat stuff in your area...if they don't do it, they surely will know of someone who does...

As for doing it yourself, I have 18" from the back of my oven to the front of the rack...a tight fit but maybe doable...

And if you look at the bottom of this thread, there are links to related threads...

I'm not sure on powder coating prices, but I did these myself...

I have the Eastwood kit. I think it cost me around $140, and I have used it a lot. I powder coated a lot of items on my Belvedere... suspension, under the hood, latches, strike plates, etc, etc... plus I did the intake and and valve covers on my Camino.

If you're going to use it a bunch pick one up from Eastwood and just find an old electric oven. Otherwise you're probably looking in the neighborhood of $50-$75 per wheel. Just depends... Dad recently had Rally's just like mine in the photo done for $50 a wheel...

BTW, never use your kitchen oven for powder coating. It releases chemicals that will stay with the oven, and should not be used for cooking food...

EDIT: Sorry, I know its a little off topic, but I love posting pix of my car. In this pic, the intake, carb, electronics plate on passenger side firewall, MC reservoir and cover, pulleys, alternator, hood latch, heater hose fitting, air cleaner nut, shock bushing washers, battery tray and brackets, accessory brackets, carb linkage, and probably several other things...

Just trying to say a PC kit can come in very handy for many things...

Just my $0.02, but solid black wheels don't look good. I much prefer a silver rim...

Unless its wide steelies on an old musclecar...

Oh, well, in that case, either looks good. If you don't plan on having any other chrome or silver then probably PC the whole face...
