I have a DX and as long as your cd player has sub outputs(RCA) then you can run that to a power amp and then the amp to the factory sub. I put my amp under the passenger seat, and ran that to the EX OEM sub. Your head unit will not power the sub enough. 200 watts should be sufficient, just make sure that you hook the proper wires from the power amp out to the OEM in's. It is a bi-channel sub, so you will need to hook up all 4 cables out of the sub for it to function properly. blueboy 12-05-2007, 01:08 AM I was hoping to purchase the stock sub woofer for my LX but need help. Blueboy Twilightzero 12-05-2007, 08:24 AM I was looking at this mod and instead decided to go with a Kenwood KSC-SW1 that'll fit just fine bolted to the front of the (useless) trash bin.
