Has anyone used the "Paintless dent removal" system on their e painted panels?

I was wondering how successful the method is and if you can see where the dents were.

What about installing a bumper strip on the side so it doesn't happen again? Do they sell some that don't LOOK GAUDY?

I was hoping to use paintless dent removal on a ding in the rear hatch, but they needed to get to the back of the panel to do it and it was blocked by a welded brace. That shouldn't be an issue with door dings.
