My 4WD-EX makes the noise when shifting from reverse to drive especially on a downhill incline. It sounds like a loud solenoid engagement. I have not seen this posted yet. Is this unusual? :roll: Everything else is ok; windshield was replaced (reimbursed by Honda)
dash rattle fixed. Car is great!

Daffy do you have a auto or stick. My accord made the same noise and it was automatic. I had it checked but they said that they couldn't find anything. Have it checked anyway because my "e" is auto and doesn't make that noise.

But if it is a little bit of grease fixes it up, I had the guys at the dealership grease it up when my E was in for it's oil change.

If this is not the noise you are talking about then my advice would be to take your E to your dealer and have them check it out!
