I had to pull my coworker out of the mud. We had some pretty gnarly rains the past few days here in Southern California and it was very muddy. Anyways, it's funny that he got stuck and I had to help him out.

great photo. after you pulled him free, did you guys play some tug-o-war in the mud? :D:D

I didn't think to play Tug-o-War  He doesn't look that stuck from that pic but he tried for about 5 minutes and couldn't get himself out. He was messing around doing donuts and stuff and then slid right into the really soft stuff. Here's a pic of how stick and muddy it was. I didn't even slip pulling him out. 44422

Just curious, is that a 2wd F150?

LOL that's awesome, I would've loved to see the mud spray when he floored it after getting pulled out!

Do we have an "Official Ford Rescue Vehicle" decal yet?

I've not owned a Ford truck in some years now. :|

But it's an XLT Triton V8, by all accounts, it should be a 4x4, as I remember things.

But then I am a woman and blonde... *shrugs*

Before posting I hit Ford.com and the XLT Triton V8 can be purchased in either 2wd or 4wd... hence my question.

I don't see no stickers. We all know that it ain't 4x4 if there ain't no stickers:-D

Looking at the spatter pattern on the quarters I'd say it was a 2wd. In your face Grissom! CSI here I come!

But, I've been wrong before...

Its a 2X.

If it was a 4X, that mud-encased front wheel would have spun, flinging alot of the mud all over the inside, (and outside) of the fenderwell.
