Got 6 inches of snow up in Cedar Falls the other night, thought I'd snap some pics of my Element all snowy. High here was 2 F and tomorow's high is -6 with 30 MPH winds... Like I said, another day in paradise.

I really love my bull bar, a friend of mine visiting from U of Iowa told me today how he liked the look of it too. I actually got a chance to do some light off roading with it today after I brushed it off. There is a prarie study field in the woods that requires going down old logging roads. It did it's job and blocked grass, but I did scrape once, nothing major. Oh, and no, the white stuff is not sand, I really wish it were. -2 is only the temp. the W.S. is -13.

Oooo, prettty. I almost miss snow...almost. It's suppossed to snow here in Atlanta tomorrow. The stores are already out of milk and bread and I don't think I'll be going out. Not that I can't drive in the snow, it's just that Atlanta has 1 salt truck so it'll take a while for it go get to my house.

Shirefire, I lived in Waverly a long time ago when this was another planet. Much as I enjoyed the area, and I still have friends in that area, I sure don't miss that kinda' cold. Had a couple of near death misses because of that weather. I have some pics somewhere of the cars completely covered from the ground to over the roofline. See if I can find them. Thanks for the "memories". E pluribus

Thanks for the weather update - we're only -11 today, -22 WC, but that's Celsius, so, it's just balmy today....
