I take my dogs just about everywhere. I do always enter through the outdoor area and stay there- my husband or friend will go get the food. So, we eat at In N Out, Chipotle, Panda Express and other restaurants that tend to have outdoor areas...alot. :D

A Southwestern/Mexican restaurant chain that's actually pretty damn decent. It's more or less like Subway but for burritos. You say what kind of burrito, what kind of meat, what kind of salsa, and what other extras you want on it, and they throw it together in front of you, wrap it up, and hand it to you. Very tasty, pretty quick. I like it and I don't even like Mexican!

They're also really big into natural and organic foods and are one of the leaders in restaurant chains in contracting directly with farmers to raise crops and livestock in humane, organic ways. They then purchase a lot of their ingredients directly from the farmers themselves making the farmer more money, saving the company money, and ensuring better ingredients all around.

Actually I DO like Mexican cooking, when it's made by REAL Mexicans cooking it the Mexican way, not Toxic Hell or Toxic John....:mad: I used to eat at little Mexican places all the time when I lived in El Paso and the food was great! But it was also nothing like what you get at "Mexican" places up here. Chipotle is close enough to the real thing that it's passable :D

And a chipotle pepper is simply a jalapeņo pepper that's been smoked then dried :D

Strangely enough, I found myself out & about tonight in -10 degree with 40 mph winds weather. Had to run to Home Depot to pick up some emergency wood pellets since I suddenly learned the corn bin was empty (thought I had a good week left!). This being a REALLY cold night, if I let the furnace go out, my name is mud. So I went & loaded up 15 40lb bags of pellets and was getting rather hungry. I'd been driving by dark store after dark store, all with papers in the window saying they're closing early.

Hey look, it's Chipotle! And they have customers! So I race inside and it says no more burrito lovin' after 8 tonight. I look at my cell phone - 7:57! WOOHOO BURRITO LOVIN'!!

They even let me eat inside since they hadn't started their cleanup yet. All hail Chipotle!
