I picked up the CaseLogic Folding Cargo Bag for $19.99 CAD. It folds up in a small area that could easily be put in the side pocket at the back of the "E". Wide enough to fit three full sized grocery bags, and some small pockets at the front to hold maps, penlights or the like. I dn't have my "E" yet to try it in, but my feeling is that this may be quite suitable.
