Okay, I've been struggling with this lately. Posting photos. Only a few worked, and iPhoto is not that helpful. However, if you go to the Apple web site and go to Downloads tab, then search for ImageWell. It only takes around 15 seconds to download and it's from Apple, so it's virus and crap free. You can resize all the images easily and with out pulling your hair out. (If we wanted to be angry, we would all use PC's!!!)
I totally give it my thumbs up.

Oh I dunno, I'm angry enough even without my computer
I just take 99% of my pics in VGA resolution (640x480) so as to not have to do any resizing. I'll switch my camera to higher res occasionally, but most of the time the pics are just for posting on the web or emailing so no need to take up all the extra space.
Hey, if you're in NE Iowa, if you make it up around Rochester any time let me know and we'll get together for coffee or something :D

i just use photoshop, and resize the pics. you can also do 'save for web' which makes the files smaller.
in iPhoto, just export the pictures you want as files into a smaller size, then upload on here. havent had problems on any form im a member of

I have no problems with iphoto either, i just reduce the image move it over to my desktop, and upload when I'm ready.
Yes, with iPhoto, I just select a picture, then choose File > Export from the Menu bar, which opens up the export photo window, change the "Format" from original to jpeg, and select "Scale image no larger than:", setting it for 640 x 480. Then export it to the desktop. Works fine, and takes all of 30 seconds.

you can drag the photo out of the iphoto program, open it up w/ a "viewer" program and the host it up on photobucket.com :)

Yeah....I just drag pics onto desktop ;)
iPhoto definately has its quirks......
There's a good program called ImageTricks, freebie download on the apple website (you can "upgrade" to the "pro" program....but there's plenty of stuff you can use it for and pay zilch....I like that!)
