There seems to be lots of talk about lifting the element 2 inches to bring it inline with the CRV. I would love to do this but I have no idea where to start. There seems to be a few slammed Es out there, does anyone know the details on lifting. Where do I go (a4x4 shop maybe) Any idea what it might cost? Does it effect the warranty? etc.

Any input would be great.

I would imagine it is very expensive to have the E lifted and I don't know how it would affect performance and safety. However I would rather have if lifted than lowered risking bottoming out on anything sticking up in the road. It's hard to believe someone on this board hasn't had it done by now and posted pictures of it. Everyone is into lowering but not lifting the E. I am chicken and will wait to see the first posts of someone who has the money and gumption to do it.
